Founder | Pilates + Yoga Instructor
Keira, founder of Ulu Flow, started her wellness space after experiencing struggles in creating a healthy and sustainable routine. She was driven to help others overcome similar challenges by creating a place where people feel welcome, supported, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.
Her Pilates and yoga classes are uplifting, high-energy, and designed to challenge students, encouraging them to grow both physically and mentally. Keira’s passion for wellness and her vibrant teaching style inspire her community to embrace their journey toward health and happiness.

Pilates Instructor
Josie has trained extensively in the art of movement, beginning her journey as a dancer nearly 20 years ago. Training under the Royal Academy of Dance, she has completed up to her Advanced 2. From here Josie seamlessly transitioned into the world of theatre as an actor.
However, it was her discovery of yoga and pilates at the age of 13 that truly ignited a lifelong passion for mindful movement. Working extensively in theatre and film has led Josie to pay strong attention to the mind/body connection, focusing on awareness, mindfulness and expression in her classes.
Driven by a desire to deepen her practice and share its transformative power with others, Josie completed her pilates teacher training with Michelle Cassidy through Essence of Living. Josie incorporates traditional methods and modern power pilates to guide and support students through their practice. Join Josie on the mat to discover your strength, inside and out! -

Indigo's love for Pilates and personal development has led to her creating classes all about mindful movement and unlocking your highest potential. Get ready to move, flow and sweat whilst listening to a curated playlist to get you out of your mind and into your body.
Her teaching approach is a blend of precise physical alignment, breath awareness and a sense of humour to get you excited for your practice. She understands that the work we do on the mat both physically and mentally better prepares for the life off that mat.

Pilates + Yoga Instructor
Frency’s journey from martial arts to yoga and Pilates has been filled with surprises, challenges, and growth. It began with Tae Kwon Do, where her coach introduced her to meditation, blending physical and inner strength. Though yoga wasn’t initially part of her plan, it soon became a daily, transformative practice after a New Year’s resolution, helping her find mindfulness in everyday life.
Following an injury, a chiropractor recommended Pilates for recovery, which became a vital part of her routine, strengthening her body in ways she hadn’t imagined. Learning from wellness leader Michelle Cassidy deepened her passion for sharing her knowledge. In Frency’s classes, you’ll explore holistic strength, emotional resilience, and self-discovery in a welcoming space. She warmly invites you to join her on this journey!
